A new hub joining the project in Autumn 2018. Haverhill Youth for Christ work in schools in Haverhill. They are team of four volunteers and are led by Sarah Glasswell.
In Bath our trained team currently work in 7 schools in Bath. The delivery of accompanying started in 2010 and we have continued to develop the project since that time. We have strong relationships with Bath secondary schools which enable us to continue the work with children once they start in year 7
Bradford on Avon Hub
We currently work in Fitzmaurice Primary school but are looking to develop delivery over the next few years in other local towns. We have strong relationships with secondary schools in Bradford on Avon and Trowbridge enabling us to continue our work once the child has made the move to the relevant secondary school. We currently have two workers delivering the project in Wiltshire.
South Gloucestershire Hub
We work in partnership with the Regenerate Schools Project in Yate who deliver accompanying work at four local schools. Regenerate have a team of 7 offering support to children. Regenerate have grown the work since 2014 and with strong relationships are able to provide the support needed by those children referred to the project.
Starting in 2018 the Melksham Hub is delivered by the Church of England churches in the area under the banner of Melksham Team Ministry. MTM have a team of five accompanying coaches working in Forest and Sandridge and Manor Primary schools
Starting in 2018 the Twerton Hub is run by St. Michael's Church and led by Gwen Kearley, the chaplain at St. Michael's Junior School. They have trained a team of five coaches to support local pupils make the move to secondary schools in Bath
